Tights ???

should i wear tights when it is extremely cold out??? plz help

sometimes it is jsut so dang cold that you have no choice but to wear tights when you run

do you mean as opposed to shorts or sweatpants? either way id say yes. they are a lot easier to run in than sweatpants when its cold and if its snowing, some kinds are fairly waterproof while sweats would get waterlogged and weigh you down. if its really REALLY cold and your main concern is staying warm, wear tights under your sweats.

There's various layer of thickness in tight fabric..i have both for extreme and mild cold.
