i dont really run the mile but i used to in high school and ran a 5:28. when i got to college, i mostly ran 400 and 800 but i think with better training than in high school, i coulda gone low 5s my first yr of college.

My best mile time is 4:57 run on a track by myself, with no competition. I guess it might be a little faster in a real race, maybe in the 4:40's but who knows. Do you guys think I can get it down to 4:30 by this summer?
