For what it's worth, not a bad little blurb of an article on BFR that puts quite proper emphasis on START SLOW and build with great care.
On another side of things, this is just a link to a commercial entity, something called "Running World" and nothing like a real person's contribution to the forum. I don't think this is appropriate to post, but I don't know that well how Active runs things here. It's their game and if it's ok with them...
I'm sort of suspicious that somebody makes money by sneaking this kind of thing onto the forum.
