Shockers Softball is looking for coaches that have played or coached the fastpitch game at a high level.

Compensation for these positions is based on experience

The Shockers expect players to make softball their top priority as a sport and to dedicate themselves to achieving their maximum potential both on and off the field. While the goal of playing softball in college is not a requirement, team instruction, regimen, and schedule will be oriented toward maximizing the opportunities for players to play softball at a high level.

We are looking for  softball coaches that will  organize, instruct, train and lead our softball players. Our coaches use their knowledge of softball to determine the type of exercises, drills and techniques to teach and practice. Our coaches evaluate athletes and opposing teams to devise a competitive game strategy. Each coach will manage the team during a game and makes decisions to optimize the team's chance to win.  They will motivate players athletes to play hard.
