1 Aug, Weds.

Ran today at lunch time.  Not real hot, but humid.  So anyway, I got in about 5 miles, with four 400m repeats in the middle.  Wanted to do more but I was a little pressed for time.

    I am very much enjoying a set back week only around 35-40 this week, last week was 56 and I felt it.  I did a track workout, 2.5 mile warm up the a continuous workout of 2 mins @ 5K pace 2 mins easy, 1 min @ 3K pace 30 sec easy, 30 sec sprint with 2 mins easy x 4.  1 mile easy cool down and 15 min of core.  It was a sweat fest!
