I usually average 5-7 rebounds a game but I sprained my ankle a few weeks ago. I have fully recovered and feel 100% but for some reason I cant grab a board anymore. I played 2 straight games without getting a single rebound.

Rebounding is all about position and effort. Make sure that every time there's a missed shot you try to get in the best position you can and boxing out is key. Make sure that you have a good box out. Don't let your opponent get around you. And when you jump, jump as high as you can. Try to out jump your opponent.
