This was a wild one.  He needed stitches and this was from plastic cleats. The player was wearing plastic for the night. Imagine if these were metal cleats. He would have lost the eye and maybe had 100s of stitches.

But why was he so darn close? Maybe we need to keep our masks on for plays at the plate??

BTW, I see in the play box score he was called out, but I don't know who made that call? It is never said! He was cleanly out on the video, but wondered if he ever said, or was ruled by another BU?
