Hey guys I need your help again
I haven't been making easy shots and I find myself unable to finish at the rim when I drive (which I almost always do). Its been happening for the past week or so and it's really affecting my confidence and the faith my teammates have in me. It's just so frustrating you know? I've never really been in a slump before so I have no clue how to get out of it. Is it all just psychological? How am I supposed to get out of it? Any help would be fine. Thank you! ![]()
I personally have been in many slumps, mostly with outside shots. It gets frustrating and affected my confidence. It just made me want to work harder so that next week. I shot thousands of shots and watched as many basketball videos that I could. It is in fact mostly psychological. Just put it in the past and it should just fuekl you to be better and work harder. ![]()
When you're in a slump only take shots you know you will make.. this is a good way to gain your confidence again..
Get to the free throw line. And gain your confidence back there.
Ihoops has an article on that. Here's the link:
