Women's Beginner 5K and Intermediate 10K Programs starting in North San Diego County (92078) in September

Hi everyone!


There's a new Women's Beginner 5K Program and Women's Intermediate 10K Program starting in the San Elijo Hills neighborhood of San Marcos, CA this September. The 5K program is designed specfically for beginning runners, people that have never run before, are coming back to running from an injury or perhaps have been a runner in a former life and are looking to get back into it. The 10K program is for those runners who are ready to take their running to the next level and tackle a 10K race! Here are the details of the programs:



What:     Women's-only 5K and 10K Running Programs

When:    The 5K program begins Sept 18th
   The 10K program begins Sept 19th
   Both programs train through Nov 11th


Where:   The Fountain Park in San Elijo Hills, San Marcos (in town center)


Time:      Every Tues at 6:30PM for the 5K program
   Every Wed at 6:30PM for the 10K program


Price:           $85* 
      *Price does not include race registration

Hey Sole Sisters! Sole Health and Wellness is offering a Women's-only Beginning 5K Program and an Intermediate 10K Program starting the week of September 18th (for the 5K program) and September 19th (for the 10K program). These women-only programs will be fun, supportive and just what you need to accomplish your goal of running a 5K or 10K race. We will be training for the Athleta Iron Girl 10K and 5K at the Del Mar Fairgrounds on November 11, 2012. Train with us and you'll have the chance to meet new people, become a better runner and have a blast!
