    Great trail to run, just a little bit conflicting with 10k an half marathon, maybe space out the time. Did the 5k race with my daughter an friend was awesome positive energy.

    This could have been a great race but much better organization was needed.

     

    Pro's

    -Great flat course

    -good weather

    -post race burritos

     

    Cons

    -Lead Bikes took runners 1/3 mile in the wrong direction causing lead pack to run an extra 2/3 mile and had to weave through slower runners who had not made wrong turn before correction was made.

    -Even though it was advertised none of the water stations had Gatorade.

    -To correct for misdirection 3 minutes were taken off of everyone's time. Additional distance added almost 5 minutes to my time (according to my Garmin 410) and there were those who never made the wrong turn at all.
