Thursday - 7.25 miles - 1 mile warm-up, 6.25 @ marathon pace
Friday - 4 miles on the railtrail at an easy pace
Saturday - 5 miles easy/marathon pace
Sunday - 10 miles - felt flat at first, but finished last 4 @ sub 8:30 pace
Total - 41 miles - completes 2nd week of taper - 60% of highest weekly mileage
