Unfulfilled expections?

Our fall season wrapped up with a 17-7 record and we have outscored our opponents by an average of 5.5 runs per game behind a solid offensive and defensive team built on strong fundamentals, a team-based approach and a goal-oriented approach to a winning and committed atmosphere.  We finished with a 1st place, 2nd place and two 3rd place finishes in our sanctioned and non-sanctioned fall tournaments/round robins..

We are looking to fill the one more spot on our 12U year round tournament team for the 2012-2013 season with a solid and commited player who can play multiple positions..  If you are looking for an elite program focused on developing strong fundamentals , building teamwork, focused and committed players and coaches - this is the team and the organization.  We look forward to a great season.  Come see what we are all about.

Our progam includes:

    - approximately 25 fall practice/round robin and tournament games

    - 11 3 hour indoor practice team training sessions over the winter utilizing certified training from Genuwin Sports Training

    - participation in several winter dome tournaments and play in approximately 12 6v6 games throughout the winter to continue to allow girls to see live pitching, practice defense and hitting year-round

    - entry into 9-10 Spring and Summer tournaments with goal to qualify and attend a year-end National tournament as a team

    - twice weekly practices; including access to organizational owned batting facility

    - overall goal - to qualify and attend a National Sanctioned year-end tournament

    - solid organization with programs and teams ranging from 12U through 18U, including a strong college exposure program (no need for your daughter to shop organizations later)

    - experienced coaching staff and positive environment for learning fundamentials, building teamwork and developing a winning attitude.

    - a focus on team-bonding and social activities that bring together the girls off the field as well as on the field.
