19 Sep ~ Wed

Ran 6 miles. First time I got out since Sunday. Monday's schedule just did not work, and Tuesday was a severe weather day.

    I squeezed in a 4-miler after work Wednesday. My first run since the half-marathon on Sunday. Schedule has been a little hectic as my wife has been sick. So I'm doing a lot of running around, unfortunately not literally.

    I did a track workout:  2 mile warm up then a continuous track workout:  2 X200 with a 200 jog between each then a 400 with a 400 jog between that was a set we did 4 sets.  Ended with a 2 mile cooldown.  Very nice temps, bad news will have high tdue points for the Marine Corps Half on Sat
