The below highlights what we will be doing for the 2013 season:

• -          Starting in October, we will be initiating off season training 2 days per week at an indoor facility. Along with developing softball skills, we will have  strength and conditioning program.
• -          From January thru March, we will be training at Planet Fastpitch with professional trainers for 10 weeks.
• -          During the Winter season, we will be playing in an indoor league and participate in indoor tournaments to keep our skills sharp
• -          Spring and Summer season will consist of 10 tournaments.  We will play in ASA, NSA, PONY affiliated tournaments.
