5 not so great trail miles at lunch.  Legs and hips did not want to play.

    3 miles again today. This was not a forced recovery run, but not much better.

    Talked to a guy at the track tonight (yes, I go to the track sometimes) about getting slower. Of course, he's 34 and slowing down to a 6:30 mile. That's about the best I've ever run. But still, I understand the feeling.

    6 miles run this evening, including 4x800m, with 400m recoveries.
