This 2 hour workshop is for runners of all levels, even those who want to start a running program! Learn how yoga can help your running and even how running can help your
yoga. Our focus will be on breathe, core strength, poses that are helpful before and after your runs, and poses for specific injuries/issues. This class will be heated lightly with
some fun music to move to.
