Numbness on 2 left toes

I recently had my bike fitted for Triathlons and now I am getting numb toes. I have adjusted my cleats but no help. Since I am angle forward I think my toes are being jammed to the front of the shoe. I tried no sox, inserts but still no change. This only happens on my left foot so I think it may be my stroke. Help!

Re: Numbness on 2 left toes
Griz, I'm having the same darn problem... both of my last triathlons have found me pounding the pavement with "dead feet" for the first 1.5 - 2 miles. If your inserts and wedges help, let me know!

Sometimes a simple pair of thin 1/8" thick spenco insoles will help.

I also had the same problem and your feet swell on rides, I would loosen the straps on the shoes to accomodate. The problem went away for me.
