What do I have to do to get noticed?

My names Okino Martin, I'm 19, a Chicago native but currently living in Portland, Or. I've been thriving to become a better basketball player, I'm a hustle first player defense is my game. I take great pride in locking my defender down, rebounding is also one of my strenghts. My offense comes to me as the game goes along. But I must ask what do I need to do to get noticed?
