We are now in our 18th season of Jr. Olympic fast pitch tournament softball and like each and every season we are always looking to add that high caliber softball player, but also the best coaches and softball instructors to join our very successful and established college showcase softball program. We only field teams at the 12u, 14u, 18u Elite and Gold College Showcase levels of play. These current coaching positions are compensated, so to be strongly considered you should have the following background and experiences:

Current or past Head or Assistant coaching experiences at the College, Tournament or high school levels. Former College softball players who are now looking to get into the coaching ranks are strongly encouraged to respond and apply. You must be dedicated, committed and fair in both your coaching and overall teaching methods. A positive, fair an upbeat attitude is very important as our program consists of players from the ages of 11 to 19 years of age.
