Sorry if I posted this in the wrong forum section.
So I suffered a groin injury in late 12/2011 I take off for 1-3 months and then when I slowly get back into running It will flare up again and then I take off from running.
It’s not the pain that stops me it’s the fear of damaging it worse. Is there any recommendations or similar experiences? This last go round I did the Couch 2 5k and on about the 4 week (5 min jog time) it started flaring up. I also introduced some core/abs work into my gym time.
