I'm 42, so I am getting a late start!
I'm New to running, & I can't stop.
10 weeks ago, I started the c25k, and now
I've completed 3 races, I had my PR in
The last race! I started the 10k training this week! I am so happy
With the progress! I'm doing core exercises in addition to my running!
I can run for 40 minutes solid now, something I never thought possible! I have signed
Up for a race every month!
Any ideals on strength and/or core training?
