Beginners:  Learn the fundamentals of pitching
Intermediate:  Mechanics and different pitches
Advanced:  Speed, mechanics and advanced pitches

All sessions will be progressive throughout the winter.

SESSION Dates: (6 sessions)

October 8 - November 16
December 3 – January 25 (no sessions12/24-1/4)
January 30 – March 15 (no sessions 2/25-3/1)

***Pitchers will need a catcher/no charge for catcher

Intermediate: Mechanics and bat speed
Advanced: Bat Speed, mechanics and advanced hitting
