I grabbed the walking sticks and went 3 miles on the railtrail today, splits were 15:16, 14:51 and 14:49. This isn't a bad workout for someone who can't run, it's the same workout as a Nordic Track ski machine, but you're out in the fresh air instead of staring at 4 walls. It's amazing how fast 45 minutes of Nordic Walking go by, compared to 30 minutes indoors on the ski machine...lol Push-ups and sit-ups as well.
Ray, your 49'ers are looking strong, should be a good game when they come back East to face the Patriots...
