Coaching Youth Team-Offense recommendations

I am going into a season coaching a youth boys team. We only practice once a week due to limited gym space and availability. What is a basic man to man offense I can run and be able to teach in that short amount of time? Any tips/advice would be greatly appreciated.
For offence- a basic play for offence is have the ball handler plus two other players behind the three point line with two on the free-throw boxes near the basket.
1) Have the two players on the three-point line, go down to the boxes and set a pick for their respective sides.
2) Once this is done the box players come up to three point
3) the player with the ball passes the ball (who should be a few steps behind the 3-point line) to either player coming off the pick.
4) The pass reciever than can either shoot the ball,
or pass the ball down to the low post.
