I can't believe the string of halfs your wife has put together, that's amazing. Especially considering how easy it is to be sidelined with overuse injuries. What an athlete!
And I like displaying finisher's medals, just think how few people there are who can do that.
I went out on the railtrail today (Saturday) for 3.5 miles. A walk/run/run/walk routine, splits were 15:54, 10:03, 4:54 and 15:53. Running is pain free, but there's a slight ache in my foot after I'm done, so I'm still taking it slow.
