Runs & workouts, Saturday, December 22, 2012

1/2 mile walk to warm my sore foot, 3 mile run, then 1/2 mile walk to cool down.  Splits were 8:16, 10:30, 10:05, 9:31 and 7:52.  No ill effects to my foot from running, so that's a good sign.  I think...





Enjoy life, this ain't a rehearsal...
