I have registered for this race and am not affiliated with the military nor am I familiar with the area.  I'm having a hard time figuring out where to go.  Any suggestions?

I did this Inaugural race in 2011Dec31 and I really enjoyed this race!  (Finished before the ball fell, so I was among those that got to see the real ball fall in NYC on the big screen they had set up).   Plus, the prize for folks that finished before midnite    The race location is listed below in that tidewaterstriders link.  ---I was surprised to see somewnere over 600 people at the inaugural race last year, there will probably be an even larger number this year
