Missed another day of workouts. Still planning to do a 5k row...
Good Run Rich. Slowly, slowly foot is getting better it seems. I've got at least another week before I can run and maybe two.
What do you have planned for this year? Checked athlinks and did 17 races (and a Muddy Buddy) last year. 8 5Ks, 4 10Ks, 2 5Mi, 3 1/2 marathons. Set (recent - last 3 yrs) PRs at all four distances in last 9 races (5K 22:14, 5Mi 35:59, 10K 45:46, 1/2 1:48:34). Stayed healthy for a 6 month stretch in 2012.
Goals for 2013 - sub 22:00 5K, sub 35:00 5Mi, sub 45:00 10K, sub 1:45:00 1/2 and sub 3:55 full. Part of achieving that will be staying healthy for more then 6 months straight.
Now, I just need to get healthy...
