Anyone know?
I'm seriously considering repeating week one because I was so winded yesterday during my w1d1 workout. If I use the app for all three week 1 workouts, does it give you the option to repeat or does it automatically go on? If the latter is the case, I'm thinking that I should skip using the app every other time so that "week one" actually shows my results for workouts 1, 3, and 5, if that makes sense...but records them as all happening in one week of 3 workouts. If I do that, does the app b**ch at you because it thinks you're taking too much time off? lol
