This will be my third year participating in West Jordan't Biggest Loser contest.  It's nice have a weekly weigh-in to be accountable for and a little friendly competition is always fun.  There are classes and free days at the rec center to help, but not a lot of pressure.  Even if you don't win one of the nice prizes you will get your money's worth.
