I use GLIDE on my seams in pants and for the inside of the bra strap/band.
That said, I have developed an abrasion apparently from one of the seams of my running pants in the netherregion area. I've had the pants for some time, so it's not that they're new or anything.
Any suggestions on selecting running undies? I am not a skinny runner and most of the running underwear I see are geared more towards those with a model body and not for those of us with curves and some extra cushioning.
Also, the ones i've seen in the stores have a seam across the front area just like regular underwear do.
Any ideas on brands to look for that would be not quite granny panty but also seamless??
Thanks.
