Alvin Girls Softball would like to invite everyone in the Houston area to our 7th Annual Spring Showdown the weekend of March 1st - 3rd, 2013. Last year we had over 50 teams entered.

This is for 'LEAGUE ONLY' Teams.

Entry Fee: $125 plus $30 Pay-at-the-Plate
Location: Pearson Park, Alvin Texas
Format: 3 game guarantee (1 pool and double elimination bracket)
6u/8u:  55 minute pool and bracket games.  1 umpire except for 3rd place and championship games.
10u/12u/14u:  60 minute pool games, 70 minute bracket games.
ASA Rules Apply.  Special pitching rules for 10u since this tournament is early in the year.
6u/8u - free sub and bat your lineup.  6 run limit per 1/2 inning
10u/12u/14u - coaches have the option to bat your lineup and have free substitutions.  Coaches choice.  10u is 4 runs per 1/2 inning.  12u/14u is 6 runs per 1/2 inning.

All 6u teams that participate will receive a participation medal

Official League roster must be presented at registration, signed by a board member of your respective league.  We can provide you a roster to use if you do not have one available yet.

Pearson Park has 8 lighted fields, 6 practice fields, plenty of warm up areas, a park for the kids, no gate fee, and plenty of concessions and vendors.
