Got any help for GPS not working on the Couch to 5 K app?

It keeps asking me to enable it in the device setting. It is on in the device settings. Anyone got a fix for this?  I updated the app, and updated iOs.  No change. Very frustrated as I really want to know my pace, etc.Thanks for any help!
