New York City Bike Storage

??I am new to the forum and am  trying to find some solutions to storing my bike in New York City.. .does anyone have any places that they use? I know that some storage faciliteis and parking garages offer monthly rates, but i dont think i want to put my bike in a cemented closet or corrugated steel tin shed; any better ideas?

 

Any info is appreciated

    If you don't want to do a parking a garage or mini-storage, some apartment buildings have bike storage in the basement. Maybe someone you know isn't using their space. If not that I used to use hooks in the ceiling of my apartment.
