Mission Statement: to increase individual skills, through weight training, speed and agility, footwork, sport-specific circuit training, and advanced nutrition techniques to encompass all areas of athletic growth. Three critical principles which drive our mission are God, family, and self-perseverance; with a strong emphasis being placed on academic success, along with athletic success.
Goals: to work with the athlete who needs extra skills training to make their respected teams, or the athlete who want to work themselves into the playing rotation and get more playing time, or the athlete who wants to learn what it takes spiritually, mentally, and physically to take their game to the next level.
Hands Up Sport also has a focus on community involvement and providing positive role models to the youths. We want to give back to the community by providing free sport and speed & agility camps; while providing a mentorship program that teaches student athletes leadership skills, while using principles of athletic success, showing how it translate to being successful in life.
