I am looking to transfer my registration to the half-marathon event on May 5th because I no longer can make it. The event is now sold out (????http://pittsburghmarathon.com/half-marathon.asp)

While I hear some people try to sell their registrations at a profit after the event sells out, I'm not looking to do that since I don't think it's fair to other runners. So, I'd like to follow the official transfer rules for the exchange as spelled out on the event's website: http://pittsburghmarathon.com/FAQs.asp 

Basically what will happen is that the new register will pay the current price of entering the race and I will be refunded the amount I initially paid minus the $15 fee.
