March 23, 2013 The Eagle Cove Quest will take runners over a series of punishing obstacles designed by Cross Fit experts, Travis and Mindy Self. The Quest features a huge assortment of obstacles including the Eagle's Nest, Wall Climbs, Spear Throws, and of course Mud Pits. The race will run along the Flint River at Camp Thunder, the Lawhorn Scouting Base for the Boy Scout's of America's Flint River council, located in Molena, Georgia. register now at eaglecovequest.com

Young runners in attendance can participate in a scaled down course with obstacles, chaperones, and plenty of dirt and mud; the Eagle Adventure Run is a perfect way to challenge kids while making them feel a part of the action. With a playground that has lots of fun things, food and drink vendors, and a live DJ, we've created a great atmosphere so spectators can watch the race, or runners wind down afterwards, enjoy the beautiful river and have fun. Runners must be at least 16 years old to participate. Any runner under the age of 18 will need a parent/ guardian to sign a waiver. Runners will need a valid I.D., such as a driver's license.
