hi guys! completely new and looking for the advice of other runners.
i run distance. my days average around 8 miles with a long run once a week of about 13.
been running for years and recently took up eating paleo.
i have found that i LOVE everything about the diet EXCEPT: my runs. hahah, ironic.
anyone else eating paleo and training around the same milage?
I AM LOOKING FOR FUEL SUGGESTIONS BEFORE MY RUNS. something to help me sustain.
my energy levels are great throughout the rest of the day, just my runs are suffering.
i would love to hear any ideas on ENERGY FOODS that would be paleo friendly!
I would say dates might be your best bet.
