Extremely Good Pain Release Techniques

Hi Y'all:

 

I have had my share of running pain and minor injuries since starting a year ago.   This book and website have been extremely helpful to me.   All you need is a foam roller, a thick book and a tennis ball.   A world of help for less than $10.
