My sister is a 99. We live in southern middle Tennessee. She pitches and is a very skilled utility player. She also has a good bat, batting both right and left handed she also slaps. She is the starting pitcher for her junior high softball team. She has played mostly B class in Alabama since we are so close to the state line. We are looking to move up to A class and start advancing towards the college level.
