A few weeks ago I started a thread about a gal in the UK creating a marathon challenge for women only that have a BMI 25 or more that are want to run a marathon within a year. I was chosen to be one of fifteen from around the world to take this challenge.
So this is the first week and of the challenge. We started a 30 day squat challenge, 2 mile run and by the end of the month a timed 5K. I must be crazy! LOL
