Top level 14u player opportunity

The Texas Freeze, a top 8 finisher in the recently completed ASA Challenge series (which had the top 55 14u teams in the State of Texas participate in 3 tournaments over 3 months) has two new openings for only the best 14u eligible players.  Due to promotions within the Freeze organization to our outstanding 16u team, we have two openings, not just for the roster, but for starters on this National level , non-parent coached team.

The first is for a bracket pitcherOur top bracket pitcher has moved up to the 16u team effective this week.  This opens the door for someone who has the ability to step in and pitch against the best teams in the state, week in and week out.  The pitcher we are looking for can either be a ’98 or ’99  and must truly a bracket pitcher at the highest of level.  If you are currently getting the mound time you want and deserve but are tired of finishing your weekend early on Sunday morning, this could be a good fit.  If you reach out to us, we will discreetly come and watch you pitch in your next tournament.  If we believe there might be a fit, we will look to pick you up for an upcoming Showcase tournament to give you and your family a chance to learn more about us.  Check out our schedule below and know you will be playing the very best competition and in many college showcases and on-campus college looks. Please remember, there is a high level of travel associated with our team so only those ready to travel and works towards college softball should inquire about this position.

The second opportunity is for a true “top level” outfielder.  We are not looking for someone who can simply play the outfield, but someone who loves it and can run balls down.  At the highest level of softball, a great outfield is not a luxury, but a necessity.  Everyone can hit now and we must have the very best defense behind our pitchers..  This player wakes up every day and is ready to throw out a player at the plate.  She will also bring something valuable at the plate.  Slapping, hitting for average, power, speed, etc.. Every player in our lineup brings something excellent to the table and this player must do so as well.  Again, we will come and discreetly watch you play.  Tryouts do not show the true value and abilities of a player or the true style and atmosphere of the team.

We are hoping to find two players who are ready to make a move soon, as we have some great tournaments coming up like the Tulsa Elite Showcase in June and the Colorado Sparkler.  However, for the right player, a possible July/August move would be possibleDon’t wait until tryout season and get caught in the rush.  We have players from all over the State of Texas, so your location is not an issue.  All of the top teams travel to the same tournaments so where you live doesn’t matter, what you can bring to our team DOES!

We look forward to hearing from you and please know we will keep all inquiries with the strictest secrecy as we do not want to harm your current situation.

Some of the showcase events we will attend will include:

Tulsa Elite Showcase

Colorado Sparkler

NFCA Top Recruit

Ronald McDonald

Stars of Texas

and several more…
