I just started using the iphone app this week, on the first day I was able to complete program and felt great! However two days later I had to walk most of the program. I do not want to get discouraged! Has anyone else felt this way? I truly am a couch potato and totally out of shape. Any suggestions would be helpful.
I have stopped and started the program a few times (made it to week 4) but have had to repeat a week as I didnt feel ready to move on and that is ok to do. The program is a guide not a requirement to go at that pace. Just have to keep going, this is all new for you and your body
