It sounds like you are doing great! You are almost done! that is great that you were able to run in LA and perhaps see an area that you probably would have seen if you weren't running.
do you have a 5K in mind you want to run? Once you complete the programs what are your post C25K plans?

I don't really have a 5K in mind that I want to run...seems like it puts too much pressure on to finish the C25K by a particular time, and for now I want the running to be fun. Post C25K plans? Not sure. Keep running. Find a transition plan to get me to a 10K. I used to love to run. Then knee and back problems prevented me from running, so I took up mountain biking. Where I live, I have to commit 2-2.5 hours to get some quality time on dirt. I wanted to start running again as I figured I could go for a quick 30 minute run to help keep overall fitness. So yeah - really just to keep running, as injury free as possible.
Finished W6 last night. Bring on the long runs in weeks 7,8, and 9!!! Hopefully the next few weeks go as good as the first 6!

Failed miserably this week - no workouts. On call for work, school started for my son, and the junior hockey player that we host arrived on Sunday with his family (because he also started school on Monday!). Oh yeah, and a plumbing leak in an upstairs shower that had water running through the ceiling into the downstairs bathroom! So, lots of distractions, lots of additional running for last minute items for school, lots of additional people at the house in general - ugh.
I guess I will just try and repeat week 6 next week and go from there...hopefully things slow down, but not holding my breath...I kind of figured this would happen - even mentioned it in a previous post I believe...
