Announcing New 10U Texas MAGIC Team (Mostly 2004's) - Sugar Land, Missouri City, Katy/Westside Areas

Announcing a brand new Texas Magic 10U team!  We are primarily looking for birthdates of 2004, but will also consider exceptional 2003's and 2005's.  We're looking for committed players and parents from the West Side, Katy, Sugar Land, Missouri City, Rose-Rich and basically Fort Bend County areas.  Looking for ALL positions, so lots of opportunity to make the team and get playing time.  This team will be coached by two highly qualified individuals with diverse experience.  We will have a male and female coach on staff, and believe that it's a huge benefit to young ladies playing softball to have a female coach for them to be able to relate to.  She was a 4-year Division 1 college player, and is great at being able to pass along her vast knowledge and teach young players.  She was part of a very successful college team that participated in the NCAA Championship Tournament.  She has played with and against Olympic players and the Olympic team (Team USA National Team).  She played for a former Olympic coach (hitting coach for Team USA National Team).  She has also been a private instructor at Baseball USA.  Both coaches have experience at the professional level, and experience with working with professional All-Star softball players, and All-American collegiate players.  We have a number of college coaches that we're proud to be able to call friends.  Both coaches on this team have been coaching together for several years, with successful results.  We certainly enjoy winning, but put more emphasis on effort, attitude, and energy.  We also want the girls to have a lot of fun, but learn a lot along the way, which is why we stress the fundamentals of the game.  We structure our practices and game procedures in a disciplined and organized manner to maximize efficiency and results.  We strive to get the most talent out of each player, even some times more than they or their parents even knew they had within them.  We LOVE being on the dirt with the girls working with them and helping them to get better while having fun!

Please e-mail your interest to as well as to get on the list to receive further updates.  We're looking forward to announcing tryout dates and location as soon as possible.  Keep an eye out for further updates, and be sure to e-mail us if you're interested so that we can add you which will enable us to send you updates directly.  Here is a little more about the Texas Magic Organization.

????????Founded in 1990, Texas MAGIC is a fastpitch softball organization with teams in the 10U, 12U,14U, 16U, and 18Gold/Premier Division.  We are committed to producing quality softball players that are prepared to compete at the highest levels.  Our goal is to provide our players with a program that is dedicated to the development of softball skills.  We honor the game by encouraging good sportsmanship, teamwork, and self confidence.

Texas Magic Gold returns with Rabitt Blake leading the organization.  Along with Rabitt leading the Texas Magic Organization and serving as Gold Head Coach, he is also the director of the PGF (Premier Girls Fastpitch) South Region (Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana).  Rabitt Blake has numerous contacts within the college softball recruiting world, and is available to all Magic teams with his expertise and knowledge.  We are grateful to have him available to our team and to the Texas Magic Organization.  If you're looking to play for a team and organization with integrity and hard work then Texas Magic is the place for you.  This is a great opportunity for the right families.  We look forward to seeing you this fall!
