    Nice job Len,

I ran the Marine Corp Half at Camp Lejeune on Sat, nice small PR 1;36 45  ended up with 16 for the day!  Warm and humid during the race so I was very happy with the time.

Back when I was chewing dirt at Camp Lejeune in the mid 1970s, I remember we had a marching chant which included something along the lines of "...Lejeune, the land that God forgot."  I'm thinking running a half on a hot and humid day at Lejeune is, A) something to be proud of, and B) something to be avoided at all cost.
