Hello fellow runners!
I'm a newbie runner who is 3 weeks away from his first ever marathon. I'm nervous, yet really excited. During the past couple weeks of training, it occurred to me that I've picked up some weird habits since I've started running 15 months ago. I've never considered myself a runner. Yet, when I look over my actions, maybe I am!
