What is your daily training routine? I try to get 1-2 miles ran everyday, along with 200-500 pushups and situps, 100-200 one leg squats for each leg. I also spend 1 to 3 hours a day playing basketball, working on free throws, dribble moves, and passing.
I train shots, moves, defense, dribbling passing, and free throws. Then I work on plays. Afterwards I run a mile. Then, I do my workouts. They differ by day. After that I look up ways to improve my game, then I am done. Takes about 3-4 hours.
