4-Day Young Athlete Sports Conditioning Camp

Increase your young athletes overall sports performance and improve his/her cardiovascular system while they exercise and condition.


The 4-day 1-hour 20-minute camp is designed to improve speed, quickness, agility, and stamina.  Each day the camp will focus on different speed & agility exercises. Day 1-Speed & Agility / Cardio Abs Circuit, Day 2-Track Workout / Kettlebell Weight Circuit, Day 3-Functional Fitness / Sprint Resistance Training, Day 4-Mental Toughness Challenge / Cross Training Circuit


The Sports Conditioning Camp will consist of the following:

  • Dynamic warm-up & proper running technique
  • Agility drills using cones, ladders & hurdles
  • Cross fitness training with focus on core strength /conditioning using body weight, medicine balls & resistance bands
  • Sprint / running conditioning
  • Injury prevention & proper stretching



This workshop is open to athletes ages 12-18 and will be held on Mon Dec 23rd@9:30am, Tues Dec 24th@9:30am, Mon Dec 30th@9:30am & Tues Dec 31st at 9:30am in Whittier, CA.


*High School Players, All-Stars / Club Teams / Travel Ball Players also welcomed*
