Increase your athlete's overall sports performance and improve his/her cardiovascular endurance while he/she conditions for sports. Combining interval cross training with weight training exercises and plyometric drills, I will assist your son/daughter in building strength, power and increasing his/her speed. I will also incorporate cross fitness workout drills to increase his/her range of motion and improve his/her endurance and mental alertness.
Interval Cross Training is short periods of high intensity exercise followed by short rest periods. Interval Cross Training also improves cardiovascular health, develops/increases muscle mass and burns body fat. My goals are simple: build strength, increase range of motion, and improve foot speed and agility. I know that sports conditioning is not easy.
